hyatts.cc is a small personal website made of static HTML and CSS. It has no accounts, no comment forms, no JavaScript, no analytics, and no advertising. This page explains the little information that is handled when you visit.

What this site collects

This site does not ask you for any personal information and does not set any cookies of its own.

Like nearly every web server, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs for page requests. A log entry can include your IP address (or the address of the network you connect through), the date and time, the page requested, the response status, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are used only to keep the site running, troubleshoot problems, and protect it against abuse. They are not used to build profiles, are not combined with other data, and are not sold or shared, except where required by law.

Third-party services

Two outside services are involved in delivering this site:

• Cloudflare sits in front of the site to provide caching and protection against attacks. Your requests pass through Cloudflare's network, and Cloudflare may process your IP address and request details, and may set strictly necessary security cookies, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• jsDelivr serves the Bootstrap stylesheet used for page layout. Your browser fetches that file directly from jsDelivr, which receives your IP address and user-agent as part of that request, as described in jsDelivr's privacy policy. No referrer information is sent with that request.

Protected pages

Some parts of the site are password protected. When you access one, your browser sends the credentials you enter to the server for verification. Passwords are never written to the logs (the server log may record the username entered), and the protected area is rate-limited to protect against guessing.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your choices

Because this site does not collect personal information beyond standard server logs, there is no account or profile to view or delete. If you have a question about the information in the server logs, or a privacy request, email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
